Abhyanga Navarakizhi (Herbal Rice Bolus)
Along with Abhyanga, milk and medicated rice poultices are heated and rubbed on the body to massage the muscles and joints where pain and stiffness prevail. This oil free treatment penetrates the remedial heat and medication deep into the focused muscles and joints eliminating stiffness and pain.

Our Panchakarma Treatments
One of the core pillar of Ayurveda natural healing is panchakarma. Panchakarma treatment is a holistic Ayurveda experience. It not is a preventive therapy but it’salso curative. Panchakarma as a treatment work on the root cause of the disease. It detoxifies, boosts immunity, increases physical and mental efficiency, brings doshas in balance and maintains a healthy state of mind & body.
Panchakarma is the combination of the two Sanskrit words “Pancha” which means “Five” and “Karma” which means “Action”. So, Panchakarma is a combination of five essential actions needed to cleanse, detoxify and rejuvenate the body.
Panchakarma Treatment includes five core treatments and various guiding therapies to prepare the body for the core treatments

The Vaidya first evaluates the patient on key parameters before prescribing the treatments. Each person has different body constitution, dosha type and physiological state. After careful analysis of these parameters and the current climatic conditions, the Vaidya prescribes the order of panchakarma treatments to the patient.
